  Video Tutorials

For our clients' convenience, we have prepared over 40 video tutorials focused on the purpose and functionality of each section of the web hosting Control Panel. They can be found in the upper right corner of most Control Panel pages, right next to the Context Help Areas. By checking both help sections you will be able to fully understand how the Control Panel works.

To get acquainted with the Video Tutorials, please do the following:

1. Log into our Web Hosting Control Panel.

Our potential customers should log into our Demo Control Panel.

Our existing clients can access their personal Control Panel through the website’s Members Log-in Page or the URL we’ve given them upon signup.

2. After you’ve logged in, you should go to the Help Center link in the navigation menu. A drop-down menu will open with the following options: F.A.Q., Video Tutorials, Open New Ticket, View Opened Tickets and View Closed Tickets. Click on Video Tutorials to see all the movies arranged in accordance with the Control Panel categories. As mentioned above, you can also find a Video Tutorial right next to the Context Help Area in the upper right corner of the particular CP section.

VIDEO TUTORIALS OVERVIEW
A video tutorial is a step-by-step animated presentation, which demonstrates what you need to do to use a specific feature of the Control Panel. There are two helpful navigation elements at the bottom of each tutorial window:

• a progress bar, which allows you to go to a specific screen in the tutorial
• rewind, back, play/pause, forward and exit buttons

Have a look at the following list of tutorials to get a clue of what a Video Tutorial represents. The tutorials are arranged in a way that follows the structure of the Control Panel sections.
